Slip House - Supervisor

Orient Bell Ltd. is seeking an experienced Slip House Supervisor to oversee the raw material preparation and slurry production process. The successful candidate will manage the slip house operations to ensure a continuous supply of high-quality body for tile manufacturing. Responsibilities include monitoring ball mill operations, ensuring correct density and viscosity of the slip, and supervising the production team. You will be expected to maintain safety standards and optimize material usage to minimize waste. This role requires a strong understanding of ceramic body preparation and equipment maintenance.

Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field 2 to 3 years of experience in ceramic manufacturing Strong knowledge of slip house operations and ball mill processes Ability to lead and manage a shift team effectively Preference for candidates with direct ceramic industry experience
