We are seeking a senior Customer Relationship Manager to lead our CRM department. You will be responsible for defining customer engagement strategies, analyzing feedback trends, and implementing loyalty programs. The goal is to ensure long-term retention and a gold-standard customer experience for every visitor to Jai Ganesh Tata. You will also oversee the performance of Customer Relationship Executives and handle escalated grievances.
Requirements
Managerial experience in CRM or Customer Service
Strong leadership and analytical capabilities
Expertise in customer journey mapping and NPS improvement
