KSP Metal Forge Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Forging Production Engineer to support our shop floor operations. You will be responsible for raw material management and detailed production planning to meet delivery schedules. This role involves manpower planning and supervising the shop floor to maintain control over rework and rejection rates. You will work closely with senior engineers and assist in ISO documentation tasks. Requirements
DME or BE Mechanical degree
1 to 2 years of experience in a Forging Department
Knowledge of raw material and production planning
Experience in manpower management on the shop floor
Familiarity with ISO documentation requirements
Ability to work in a high-temperature forging environment
