Requirements
Extensive experience in managing a large-scale machine shop
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Deep understanding of CNC, HMC, and VMC operations
Knowledge of production planning and inventory control
Ability to drive KPIs and operational excellence
Strong technical background in machining and tooling
