Sales Trainer

Jai Ganesh Tata requires a Sales Trainer to educate and upscale our front-end sales personnel. You will develop training modules covering product USP, sales techniques, and customer handling specifically for Tata Motors vehicles. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, assessing staff performance, and implementing feedback loops to improve conversion rates. We need a mentor who can keep the team motivated and technically sound.
