Job description
We are looking for a dedicated Cutting Supervisor to manage our material preparation department. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of industrial cutting machines to ensure precise dimensions for downstream forging processes. You will be responsible for scheduling shifts, managing staff, and maintaining equipment to prevent downtime. Ensuring minimal material wastage and strictly adhering to technical drawings is a core part of this position.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in metal cutting or related field
Knowledge of industrial cutting machinery and tools
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
Strong organizational and supervisory skills
