Melting Supervisor / Incharge

The successful candidate will oversee the entire melting department operations, ensuring high-quality metal production according to industry standards. Responsibilities include managing the melting process, supervising floor staff, and maintaining strict safety protocols during high-temperature operations. You will be expected to optimize material usage and reduce cycle times while maintaining the integrity of the casting process. Diploma or ITI qualification in a relevant technical field Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a foundry or casting unit Deep understanding of melting furnace operations and metal temperatures Proven ability to lead and manage a production team Knowledge of investment casting manufacturing processes Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
