Job description
Our dealership is looking for a Customer Relations Executive or Manager (CRE/CRM) to enhance customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for customer feedback, complaints, and loyalty programs. The objective is to build long-term relationships with clients and ensure a seamless experience throughout their car ownership journey. You will also manage customer databases and track satisfaction scores.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
