Job description
As a Nursing In-Charge, you will hold primary responsibility for the day-to-day management of your assigned ward or department. Your duties include resource allocation, ensuring infection control measures are met, and supervising the bedside care provided by staff. You will act as a bridge between patients, their families, and the medical consultants. High standards of professionalism and clinical excellence are expected in this role.
Requirements
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
5 to 7 years of relevant experience
Expertise in ward management
Knowledge of NABH and hospital safety standards
