Press - Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Press Supervisor to manage the hydraulic pressing operations at our Dora facility. The role involves overseeing the shaping of ceramic tiles and ensuring the output meets precise dimensional and thickness specifications. You will be responsible for machine settings, die changes, and monitoring the performance of multiple press units. The candidate must ensure high productivity while maintaining strict quality standards and minimizing breakage. Effective team leadership and troubleshooting skills are essential for this position.
