Team Leader (EV/PV)

Jai Ganesh Tata is looking for a Team Leader to manage our Electric Vehicle (EV) and Passenger Vehicle (PV) sales teams. You will be responsible for motivating sales consultants, monitoring daily activities, and ensuring team targets are met consistently. The role involves conducting regular training sessions and helping the team close complex deals. You must maintain a deep understanding of the Tata Motors product lineup and market trends.

Prior experience as a Sales Team Leader in the automotive sector In-depth knowledge of EV and PV markets Ability to mentor and drive performance in a sales team Strong communication and negotiation skills
