Sr. HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive to manage our human resources operations at Pramukh Agrovet Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting final interviews. The role includes overseeing employee relations, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. You will ensure that all HR policies are compliant with local labor laws and corporate standards. Furthermore, you will manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration. We need a professional who can foster a positive company culture and support our growing workforce.

MBA or BBA specializing in Human Resources 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience Deep knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition Proficiency in HRMS tools and office software Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
