MBA or MSW in Human Resources or an equivalent degree Minimum 8 to 10 years of professional experience in HR management Proven track record in handling employee grievances and industrial relations Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing or food processing environment
