Melting Supervisor

Magotteaux Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Melting Supervisor to lead our foundry operations in Rajkot. The successful candidate will oversee the entire melting process, including furnace charging, alloying, temperature control, and tapping to ensure high-quality molten metal production. This role involves coordinating daily production schedules and conducting detailed technical inspections like spectroscopy and microstructure checks. You will be responsible for shift accountability and departmental safety while leading initiatives to reduce waste and optimize energy use. Minimum 3 years of experience in melting operations Diploma or BE in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering Ability to work 8-hour shifts independently Proven experience in manpower safety management Technical proficiency in spectroscopy and sampling analysis Strong skills in data analysis for yield and downtime optimization
