In-Charge / Head - Quality Control

Wincon Castings Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quality Control In-Charge to lead our inspection and metallurgy operations. The successful candidate will oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure rigorous inspection of incoming raw materials and in-process products. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, handling customer complaints, and overseeing internal quality problem resolutions to maintain high standards of casting excellence. You will play a vital role in traceability control and ensuring all safety and compliance protocols are strictly followed within the facility.

Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Metallurgy Engineering 5 to 7 years of experience in Investment Casting NDT Level II certification required Sound knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) Experience in team management and internal audits Male candidates preferred as per company guidelines
