Assistant Manager - Quality

V K Engitech Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for our Quality Department at the Metoda facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all quality and customer-related reports while coordinating with various departments and third-party inspection agencies. You will oversee the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and manage documentation for inward, in-process, and final quality inspections. Key duties include leading CAPA completion, preparing for audits, and participating in new product development. Additionally, you will handle customer complaints, ensure lab calibration activities are up to date, and lead a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence.

B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 8 to 10 years of experience specifically in a Quality Department Proven track record in team management and training Experience with third-party inspection agencies and audit preparation Ability to travel for personal visits to resolve customer complaints if required
