Job description
Varun is seeking an experienced HMC/VMC Setter to join our machine shop team in Padavala. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up Horizontal and Vertical Machining Centers for production runs. You will interpret technical drawings and ensure that machine offsets and tooling are correctly calibrated. This role is crucial for maintaining high-precision output and ensuring operational efficiency on the shop floor. Regular monitoring of machine performance and adherence to safety protocols are required.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HMC or VMC Setter
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
Knowledge of CNC programming and tool offset adjustments
Experience with precision measurement tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Adherence to industrial safety standards
