Executive - Production / Pilot Plant / Distillation

Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Limited is seeking an experienced Production Executive to lead operations in our specialty chemical manufacturing facilities. The successful candidate will oversee production processes in the Pilot Plant and Distillation units, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing resource utilization, and supervising junior staff. You will play a key role in Scaling up chemical processes from lab to pilot plant level. This is a senior-level position requiring strong technical expertise and leadership skills within a world-class manufacturing environment.

M.Sc. Chemistry or B.E. Chemical degree 7 to 9 years of relevant industrial experience Proven track record in Pilot Plant or Distillation operations Minimum two years stability in at least one previous organization Excellent process troubleshooting and leadership abilities
