Assistant Operator (Printing Department)

Balaji Multiflex Private Limited is seeking a skilled Assistant Operator for our Printing Department in Nani Amreli, Rajkot. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the operation of flexible packaging printing machines and supporting machine setup and job changeovers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring print quality and achieving daily production targets while strictly following safety and SOP guidelines. This role requires close coordination with machine operators and the wider production team to maintain efficiency. Mandatory experience in the Flexible Packaging Industry Hands-on experience in the Printing Department Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience Common knowledge of printing machine operations and production processes Ability to work in rotational shifts ITI, Diploma, or 12th Pass qualification Strong communication and teamwork skills Local candidates preferred
