Quality Inspector

Monica Mandap Supplier Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector for our LED Light Unit in Kuvadva GIDC. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of incoming materials and components to ensure they meet our high standards. You will perform in-process assembly checks and final product performance testing to identify any defects or non-conformances. The role involves maintaining strict product quality standards and compiling detailed quality reports for management. You will also coordinate closely with the production and engineering teams to implement continuous quality improvements. This position requires a precision-oriented mindset to ensure perfection in every product manufactured.

Experience in quality assurance or LED light manufacturing units Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM shift Availability to work with a weekly off on Wednesday Strong understanding of component inspection and performance testing Detailed-oriented approach to identifying non-conformances Capable of maintaining accurate quality records and documentation
