Join our team as an HMC Operator and work with advanced Horizontal Machining Centers. Your primary duty will be to set up fixtures, load programs, and operate HMC units for complex parts production. You will be expected to maintain high levels of accuracy while meeting daily production targets. The role includes performing tool changes and making necessary offsets to keep production within specifications. You must document production data and report any equipment malfunctions immediately. Requirements
1 to 4 years of experience with HMC machines
Proficiency in CNC controllers and program execution
Working knowledge of G-codes and M-codes
Ability to perform tool setups and adjustments
High attention to detail and dimensional accuracy
