VMC Programmer

Drashti Engitech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled VMC Programmer to join our growing precision machining team in Rajkot. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and modifying VMC programs using NX software according to technical drawings. You will handle Siemens CNC/VMC controllers, manage manual programming, and oversee program editing directly on the machine. Key duties include planning production schedules, managing manpower, and ensuring daily shift targets are met. We seek a professional who can optimize cutting parameters and cycle times while maintaining strict quality and dimensional accuracy.

Full knowledge of VMC Programming NX Software programming (CAM) expertise Mandatory manual programming knowledge Experience with Siemens Controller Ability to read drawings and apply GD&T Expertise in tool selection and machining parameters Knowledge of machining processes and cycles Production and manpower planning knowledge Shift planning and daily target management skills Good communication and team coordination skills
