Assistant Operator (Printing Department)

Balaji Multiflex Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Assistant Operator for our Printing Department in Nani Amreli, Rajkot. The successful candidate will assist in the operation of flexible packaging printing machines and support critical machine setups. Key duties include managing job changeovers, monitoring production activities, and ensuring all print quality targets are consistently met. You will work closely with lead machine operators and the production team to maintain efficiency. Compliance with safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is mandatory to ensure a safe and productive environment.

Mandatory experience in the Flexible Packaging Industry Hands-on experience in a Printing Department Knowledge of printing machine operations and production processes Ability to work in rotational shifts Minimum qualification of ITI, Diploma, or 12th Pass Local candidates preferred
