As the Manager for New Product Development (NPD), you will drive the design and realization of new casting products from concept to market. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that project timelines and cost targets are met. This role requires a balance of technical expertise in manufacturing and strategic project management skills. You will be responsible for prototyping, testing, and scaling production for new components. Strengthening the product pipeline through innovation and market research is a primary objective.
Requirements
Extensive experience in New Product Development in the casting/machining industry
Strong project management skills from concept to launch
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and design tools
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material science
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
