Senior / Head Engineer (CNC Machine Tools & Industrial Automation)

Confidence Automation Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Senior or Head Engineer to lead our technical and service operations in Rajkot. This high-impact role involves working with international pre-owned CNC, VMC, and HMC machine tools. You will take complete ownership of technical execution, including machine installation, commissioning, and refurbishment. The successful candidate will oversee both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting while guiding a team of engineers and technicians. You will also be responsible for planning technical activities and coordinating directly with customers to ensure project success. Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional engineering experience Proven expertise in handling CNC, VMC, and HMC machines Strong background in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Experience in lead machine installation and commissioning processes Ability to manage refurbishment, testing, and calibration cycles Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and develop a technical team Excellent coordination skills for customer-facing technical activities
