Production Supervisor

Monica Mandap Supplier Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee operations in our Light Unit department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the production team and ensuring daily production planning and monitoring are executed efficiently. You will manage worker task allocation, maintain strict discipline on the shop floor, and keep accurate production records. Ensuring quality standards and following up on production targets are core aspects of this role. Additionally, you will coordinate seamlessly with the store and other departments to streamline workflows. This is a vital role in building great products through effective team management.

Proven experience in production supervision or team lead roles Strong ability to manage and allocate tasks to workers Knowledge of quality control processes in a light unit environment Excellent daily planning and monitoring skills Ability to maintain records and follow-up on production targets Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM Capability to maintain discipline on the production floor
