Vendor Development Executive

We are looking for a proactive Vendor Development Executive to strengthen our supply chain for greenhouse structure manufacturing. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality materials. The role involves negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and building long-term strategic partnerships. You will work closely with the procurement and production teams to optimize costs and lead times. Your efforts will directly impact our manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

1 to 5 years of experience in vendor management or procurement Graduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field Negotiation and contract management expertise Knowledge of manufacturing industry supply chains Capability to conduct vendor audits and performance reviews
