Job description
We are seeking a Quality Engineer specifically for our Forging Department to oversee high-temperature inspection processes. You will perform line inspections of hot forging components in accordance with specific control plans. The role involves managing quality control processes to minimize defects and overseeing rework and rejection control. You will also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive ISO documentation for the department. This position requires a technical expert who understands the nuances of quality assurance within a forging environment.
Requirements
DME or BE Mechanical qualification
At least 2 years of dedicated experience in a Forging Department
Experience in hot forging line inspection
Deep understanding of quality control processes
Proficiency in ISO documentation standards
Strong analytical skills for rejection control
