Glaze Line - Supervisor

The Glaze Line Supervisor will be responsible for managing the glazing process to ensure superior surface finish and design accuracy on ceramic tiles. You will supervise the application of glazes and digital printing processes on the production line. Key duties include monitoring glaze weights, color consistency, and ensuring the smooth operation of application equipment. The supervisor must coordinate with the quality team to identify and rectify surface defects immediately. We are looking for a professional with a keen eye for detail and strong technical knowledge of glazing techniques.

Diploma or Graduation in any stream 2 to 5 years of relevant industry experience In-depth knowledge of glaze application and digital printing Strong attention to detail and color matching skills Experience in the Ceramic/Tiles industry is highly preferred
