Senior Executive - Human Resources

Shashwat Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Senior HR Executive to join our healthcare facility in Rajkot. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes and managing employee relations within a hospital setting. Minimum 2 to 5 years of core experience in Human Resources Previous experience in the Healthcare or Hospital industry is highly preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management or a related field Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment cycles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse medical staff Deep understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance in Gujarat
