We are seeking a highly experienced Proposal Manager (Mechanical) to lead our bidding efforts for major EPC projects in Africa. You will oversee the entire proposal lifecycle for structural, plate, and piping works within the process industry. This leadership role requires strategic planning, team management, and high-level negotiation with stakeholders. You will ensure the quality and accuracy of multi-million dollar bids while maintaining strict deadlines. Proven experience in senior management within the industrial sector is essential.
Requirements
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
14 to 18 years of experience in the industry
Extensive expertise in Structural and Pipe work
Experience in Process Industry management
Proven track record in managing large-scale EPC proposals
