HR Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, including records of salary, bonuses, loans, and PF. You will oversee the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding new employees. Additionally, the role involves coordinating training and development programs and organizing employee motivation activities. You will also be tasked with managing all HR policies and overseeing administrative activities to ensure smooth operations. MBA, MSW, MLW, or any Graduate degree 1 to 3 years of relevant HR experience Ability to work between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Proficiency in payroll management and statutory compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of recruitment and joining processes
