Manager - HR

Venu Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a seasoned HR Professional to lead our human resources department at our Kuvadva facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management systems. You will play a vital role in fostering a positive work culture and aligning HR strategies with our organizational growth objectives. Key duties include managing industrial relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and spearheading training and development initiatives. MBA in Human Resources or MSW (Master of Social Work) or equivalent degree Minimum 8 to 10 years of professional experience in HR management Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance regulations Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse workforce Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the food industry or manufacturing sector is preferred
